Morning light filters through tall mill windows, illuminating exposed brick and timber beams that hint at the buildingâs industrial past. You can sink into the sofa with coffee in hand as the hum of the city rises outside, or take a slow start to the day before wandering to the nearby Cathedral or Northern Quarter cafĂ©s. Inside, thoughtful details and open spaces create a balance between history and comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
Two serene bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, soft bed linens, and room-darkening shades for a restful night. The spacious layouts make it easy to unpack and unwind. For larger groups, the living room sofa converts into a double sofa bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of ÂŁ250 or a ÂŁ40.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.
