This modern, recently renovated mezzanine flat is situated in a picturesque and green complex in Sunny Beach, 200m away from the beach front.
It has a double bedroom, 3 single beds, 2 large sofas, spacious living area and kitchen and 2 balconies.
The complex has its own swimming pool, cafe , restaurant and supermarket with 24/7 security.
The space
Elit 1 Aparments is perfectly situated opposite the famous Imperial Palace Hotel.
The flat and the complex itself are perfect for a group of friends or a family holiday. It has superb transport links with the rest of Sunny Beach and Nessebar as the bus stop is just outside the complex.
For those who prefer a stroll along the beach alley, the centre of Sunny Beach is within 15minutes walking distance.

Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, lounge, kids area free of charge and the wonderful greenery in the complex.
There is also 24h security.
For those who come by car, there's a car park available in the complex (needs to be paid additionally).
