Nestled on the serene outskirts of the Apokoronas region in Chania, this exquisite villa offers a tranquil retreat in the heart of Crete. Designed to comfortably host up to ten guests, Villa Rouga features four beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms that balance timeless elegance with contemporary comfort.
Step outside to discover a private oasis, complete with a sparkling pool and lush, meticulously maintained gardens. Whether youre soaking up the Cretan sun, or simply unwinding in the lounge spaces, every moment here is crafted for relaxation and peace.
Layout
The 320 sqm villa spans three elegant levels, providing spacious and comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests across its four beautifully appointed ensuite bedrooms. Each bedroom blends romantic vintage charm with contemporary design, enhanced by delightful summer-inspired furnishings, as well as AVEA products for self-care.
Ground Floor
The ground floor is thoughtfully designed, featuring two stylish bedrooms, a spa and fitness area, and a convenient kitchenette.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom includes two twin beds (0,90 x 2,00) and an ensuite bathroom with a standup shower. It is equipped with self-controlled air conditioning, a closet, a safe deposit box, and a private balcony, overlooking the mountains and surrounding landscape.

The kitchenette is designed for convenience, equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, filter coffee machine, and washer--perfect for quick meals or light refreshments.
The spa and fitness area offers a range of amenities to suit both relaxation and recreation. Featuring a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, a full-length mirror, and a ping pong table. For ultimate relaxation, the area includes a three-seat sauna and opens directly to the pool area.
First Floor
As you ascend to the first floor, youll be greeted by a high wood-paneled ceiling and an inviting open-plan living and kitchen area, designed with a harmonious blend of classic charm and thoughtful functionality.
The living room is perfect for relaxation, featuring a plush sofa, a 50" TV, a MARSHALL Bluetooth speaker, and a cozy fireplace for chilly evenings. For entertainment, a selection of board games is also available. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a high-top table with six stools for casual dining. This area seamlessly connects to a spacious veranda, where a dining table for up to eight guests sits beneath the shade of a pergola, creating the perfect setting for al fresco meals.
Bedroom 3: This elegant bedroom features a queen-size bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional comforts include self-controlled air conditioning, a spacious closet with a safe deposit box, and a private balcony for moments of tranquility.
Second Floor
The second floor is dedicated to the master bedroom, a sanctuary of comfort and sophistication. This bedroom includes a queen-size bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and an open-style closet with a safe deposit box.
Step out onto the private balcony, where a five-seat hot tub awaits, offering the perfect spot to relax and soak in the stunning views of the surrounding natural landscape.
Outdoor area
The expansive outdoor area of Villa Rouga covers 800 square meters, offering a serene haven designed for ultimate relaxation and comfort. At its center lies a stunning saltwater pool, inviting you to take a refreshing dip while being surrounded by plush sun loungers and cozy seating areas, perfect for soaking up the sun.
For culinary enthusiasts, the outdoor space is equipped with both a state-of-the-art gas BBQ grill and a traditional wood-fired oven, its an ideal setting for creating memorable meals with family and friends, all while enjoying the picturesque surroundings.
