Fantastic apartment in a complex with swimming pools and garden. Located on the 14th floor, it offers stunning views and a privileged location, just a 10-minute walk from Levante Beach and the city centre.
The apartment is located in the Gemelos 20 building. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living-dining room, kitchen, gallery and glazed terrace.
The bedrooms are equipped with double beds of 135cm and built-in wardrobes. One of them has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The other bathroom has a shower. Both also have a bidet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
The living-dining room has a sofa bed, dining table, TV, WiFi and paid air conditioning. It has access to the glazed terrace, where you can enjoy magnificent views of the beach, garden and swimming pool. The terrace has another additional table, another sofa bed and two sun loungers to relax.
