Late Check-Out Without Notice: A fee of ÂŁ50 per hour will apply for unauthorized late check-outs.
Lost Key Policy: A penalty of ÂŁ500 will be charged for lost keys to cover replacement and re-keying costs.
Excessive Garbage or Messiness Penalty: A ÂŁ90 penalty will apply for excessive waste or mess left in the flat.
