Designed with comfort in mind, the inviting and light-filled living area is perfectly arranged to appreciate the far-reaching views. The bi-fold doors create a true holiday ambiance, whether you're relaxing on the comfortable L-shaped sofa or unwinding on the terrace. Ocean Breeze offers a truly surreal atmosphere.

The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, along with a generous supply of cooking and baking equipment. The dining area, located alongside the kitchen, comfortably seats up to eight guests.

Bedroom One: Located on the ground floor, this room offers a flexible bed arrangement (either twin beds or a king-size bed) and ample storage.
Bedroom Two: The master bedroom on the first floor features breathtaking coastal and countryside views, a king-size bed, ample storage, and a modern en-suite shower room with a shower, W/C, basin, and towel rails.
Bedroom Three: Also on the first floor, this room includes a double bed and ample storage.
Bedroom Four: Situated on the second level, this generous room offers stunning coastline views, best enjoyed from the patio doors opening to a small balcony. It also includes ample storage and a modern en-suite shower room. This room can be configured with either twin beds or a king-size bed.
Outside

Ocean Breeze boasts a beautifully maintained garden and extensive patio area with garden furniture, offering far-reaching coastal views. The garden leads to a secure shed for storing surfboards, bikes, etc., and includes an outside tap and hose area. A gate at the lower part of the garden provides easy access to Woolacombe Beach and Village.

The property offers two off-road designated parking spaces.

Leave Barnstaple on A361 Braunton/Ilfracombe road.  Go through Braunton, approx. 4 to 5 miles after Braunton you come to Mullacott Cross Roundabout ? turn left to Woolacombe. Follow the road to Woolacombe ? as you get into Woolacombe you pass the Royal Hotel on your right, take the next turning on the right, Chichester Park alongside the church, then take the first left onto Springfield Road, 2 Longbeach will be on your left. Please park in the allocated parking for number 2.
