Each floor is equipped with an air conditioner that maintains a pleasant temperature during the pre- and post-season, as well as during the summer months. Additional heating is provided by a wood stove and an electric radiator in the living room, while an electric heater is installed in the ground-floor bathroom.

The exterior of the house is adorned with Mediterranean plants, ideal for relaxation, featuring a spacious covered terrace of 30 m² facing the sea and located in a shaded area, perfect for enjoying tranquility.
