This modern and well-appointed holiday home, built in 2017, is situated on a 8200 square metre natural plot. The holiday home offers an ideal combination of comfort and functionality, perfect for both families and those who want to enjoy nature, with the option of having their pet with them on holiday.
The house has a total living area of 82 square metres, which provides ample space to relax and enjoy life. Inside, you will find three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds, while the third has two single beds. This allows for up to six sleeping places, making it ideal for family outings or stays with friends. The open-plan living room creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere, where you can relax after a long day at the beach. Here you will also find a TV offering both Danish and German TV, as well as Chromecast for streaming your favorite programs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and a ceramic hob, which makes cooking a breeze. The spacious 40-liter freezer and large refrigerator ensure that you have space for all your food. A washing machine and dryer are available, making it easy to keep your laundry clean, even after a day of activities.
