Located in a quiet building and neighborhood, it’s just 20 minutes from central Madrid by car or public transport, offering easy access to the city’s main attractions while enjoying a peaceful environment. It has a heated swimming pool and a community gym. The summer pool will be available utill the end of the summer season.



The outdoor swimming pool will remain open during the summer season. It is mandatory to comply with the rules. The schedule is from 9h to 14h and from 15h to 22h. The dimensions are 3.77m x 14.75m. The depth is 1.50m in the shallowest part and 1.90m in the deepest part.



As for the indoor pool, the dimensions are 25 x 6 meters. Depth 1`50m in the shallowest part and 1`90m in the deepest part.

The temperature of the heated pool in winter is 25⁰ C approximately.
