Park your car in the private space. Go upstairs, and on your right is the veranda with the gas BBQ and the dining table. Enter the house to find the open living room, kitchen, and dining area. A full bathroom is by the entrance, and a master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on this level too. On the lower level, each bedroom (number 2 and 3) has a private entrance and an ensuite bathroom. At the lower level, on the backside, is the guest house, which is rented as part of the property. If you are traveling with friends or family members and seek privacy, you can find it in the guest house.
The private pool is the highlight of the villa! It is 33m2 with Seaview. You can relax in the shade under the pergola.

Plakias was a small village in the late 19th century, which in recent decades has transformed to a popular resort. Especially, during the 60s beaches of Yialia, as the beachfront of the wider area is called, were a favorite destination for hippies.
