AREA

The house is located in Cabrera de Mar, in a residential area 25 km from Barcelona. It is a quiet area with access to the beach, ideal both for lovers of sun and relaxation as well as for those looking for a few active days, with access to trail running and trekking routes of all levels.

Cabrera de Mar and Vilassar de Mar are two summer resorts. They have more than 5 km of beach equipped with services, and are full of terraces, bars, beach bars, and spaces to enjoy the good weather.

In addition to the beach, they have spaces for mountain lovers, such as the Castell de Burriac and the Catalan coastal mountain range.

• The villa is close to all kinds of shops: restaurants, shops, supermarkets, banks, etc.

• 5 minutes away is the promenade, with clear water beaches, with typical fishermen's boats and beach bars where you can enjoy night and day.

• During the summer, all the towns in the area celebrate typical festivals, so there are many activities to participate in, a lively atmosphere, fireworks, good gastronomy, etc.

• Just 30 minutes by car from Barcelona and 1 hour from the Costa Brava and Girona.

• Less than 1 hour from the Montseny Natural Park, the volcanic area of La Garrotxa and 90 minutes from Andorra and the Pyrenees.

HOW TO MOVE

• The Cabrera de Mar-Vilassar de Mar station is about 5 minutes from the accommodation. There are trains every 7-15 minutes to Barcelona (journey time about 35 min) or to the Costa Brava.

- To get to the town from Barcelona: Barcelona-Plaça de Catalunya or Barcelona-Sants the R1 train line towards Maçanet-Massanes or Mataró to the "Cabrera de Mar-Vilassar de Mar" stop, about 40 minutes.

• By bus, every 30 minutes to Barcelona, journey time about 40 minutes.

• The town can also be reached via the motorway or the N-II road that runs along the entire coast.

OTHER IMPORTANT ASPECTS

Smoking in any apartment will incur an additional charge of one extra night.

Take into account that arrivals between 09:30 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €50. Tickets between 12:00 a.m. and 02:00 a.m. have an additional supplement of €70. In both cases it will be charged in cash upon arrival. No entries will be made after 02:00 a.m.; guests will have to wait until 9:30 a.m., when the office reopens.

Upon arrival they must pay a tourist tax of €1 per night and person, due to the regulations established by the government of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

At the time of check-in, both adults and minors must be identified by DNI, NIE, PASSPORT or FAMILY BOOK.
