Located to the south of Liverpool City Centre, Princes Place Hideaway II is the perfect choice for those looking for a quiet retreat whilst not far from the vibrant centre. Ideal for family getaways, romantic retreats, holidays with friends and even corporate stays, this stylish apartment offers a comfortable base to explore and enjoy Liverpool.
The Space:
Princes Place Hideaway II is a newly refurbished, two bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area, just off of the famous Georgian Quarter.
Spread across two floors, you'll have access to an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, two bedrooms and a family bathroom.
As you walk in, you are welcomed into the open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Furnished to a high standard, the living area offers a great setting to unwind and relax with a large Smart TV provided. There is also a sofa which can be converted to a double bed sleeping two guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric hob/oven for your home-cooked meals, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle for your afternoon tea, a fridge/freezer and more! The dining area boasts of 8 elegant black chairs by the breakfast bar/dining table.
Head down the stairs to the basement where the bedrooms are located. The master bedroom boasts two double beds comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests. This bedroom opens up to a patio, offering lovely views of the nearby trees â perfect for basking in the early morning sunshine on a beautiful summer day or enjoying a refreshing breeze on cooler days. The second bedroom offers a double bed and is decorated with a desk that can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.
The modern and clean family bathroom is located on the same floor as the bedrooms and is fitted with a WC, a wash basin and a bathtub with an overhead shower.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Free on-street parking is available in the surrounding streets.
The entrance to the apartment is located on the ground floor of the building - the apartment itself consists of two floors split over the basement and the ground floor.
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.
Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.
Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartmentâs address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.
Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Located in Princes Road, the property is in surrounded by historic churches such as Princes Road Synagogue, Welsh Presbyterian Church and Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas. Within close proximity to the quaint Georgian Quarter, you can enjoy scenic buildings and original cobbled streets with only a few minutes walk away.
The Philharmonic and Everyman Theatre is a 20 minute walk away. It is close to some of the best and most beautiful venues in Liverpool such as the Florist, The Quarter, The Art School restaurant and many more!
Liverpool One is a less than a 10-minute drive. Perfect if you are planning to wander around and discover the great city! If you are a Beatle maniac, head into Liverpool Central where youâll find The Beatles Shop and The Beatles Story.
Getting Around:
The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street and Mulgrave Street, just a 5-6 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.
The apartment is within a 30-minute walk, or less than 10 minutes drive, to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.
Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under ÂŁ10.
If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
