Det totalrenoverades 2006 och ytterligare förbättringar genomfördes sommaren 2013. Det rymmer 4 bekvämt - 2 singlar i sovrummet (båda madrasser ersattes 2015 med lyxtyper) och 2 singlar i vardagsrummet. Balkongen är söderläge med utsikt över bergen och ligger strax utanför Folyeres piste, så att du kan åka skidor till ytterdörren och ner till hissarna, där du kan komma åt alla 600 km från skidområdet 3 dalar. Balkongen är mycket privat och ibland så lugn att du kan höra snön smälta!

Lägenheten är fullt utrustad för att inkludera gratis höghastighets Wifi, öppen planlösning / matplats med platt-TV med integrerad DVD-spelare och badrum med tvättmaskin.

Köket är fullt utrustat och har diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, vattenkokare och brödrost. Den har golvvärme och sitt eget skidskåp och parkeringsplats.

Ingår i priset: sängkläder och handdukar. Ändring över dagen är lördag eller söndag.

Comfortable appartment

Appartment was perfect for 2 people. Nice powerful shower and having separate toilet to the bathroom was helpful.There was underfloor heating but we found the appartment cold at times,Appartment advertised as ski in / ski out but in March there is a significant walk from the edge of the piste. We did not use the ski lockers as there are no seats to put your boots on. Note that to get to the appartment from the resort you have a walk up 2 flights of stairs or walk round the road. Either way it is an uphill climb. Some dishwasher tablets would have been welcome

Basic accommodation with access to slopes

The accommodation is basic and needs updating (and painting) and some TLC, it could be a lovely place. The furniture is functional but the sofa, beds and pillows are not comfortable, there were stains on the duvet. The kitchen is functional with lots of utensils, the place mats are extremely worn and could do with being replaced. The washing machine dial needs loosening as it was extremely difficult to turn it on.On the plus side the place is warm and there is plenty of hot water and as long as there is loads of snow you can get onto the slopes and down to the ski lift.

its a great apartment for 2-3 people. Apartment was warm all the times, water was nice and hat and kitchen was good for 2-3 people.

Au pied des pistes des 3 vallées

Appartement très clair et calme, vue sur la montagne et au pied des pistes (départ et arrivée en ski de l'immeuble). Casier pour les skis et garage pour le véhicule. Nous espérons pouvoir y retourner pour passer à nouveau un agréable séjour dans une station familiale et à taille humaine, et raccorder au plus grand domaine skiable au monde. Merci au propriétaire

Posizione buona per raggiungere più direzioni, vicino alla skylift anche a piedi.

La richiesta dell'affitto è congrua al periodo, peccato che la biancheria non era fresca di bucato e l'appartamento non era stato pulito a fondo,ho dovuto lavare biancheria(anche i piumoni) e pulire e disinfettare l'intero appartamento

Excellent apartment

The apartment was exactly what we needed for our trip to the 3 Valleys. The facilities are fantastic and there was plenty of room for 4 adults. Easy to ski in and out and close access to the village.

A well equipped apartment in a great little resort

We stayed in August 2016. The apartment is well equipped and met all our requirements for a perfect holiday. My wife and I enjoyed breakfast on the balcony and had a relaxing time together. Parking was no problem and access to the apartment is excellent. We knew La Tania from winter ski trips so found the village perfect for our Summer expeditions up into the Mountains. The Free Internet was an added bonus and worked very well. Towels were provided and there were plenty of little extras in the kitchen. All round an apartment that we would recommend to anyone

Nice apartment in great location

Had a lovely week in the apartment just after New Year. Great location just at the bottom of the Folyeres piste above the village. Nice view of Dou des Lanches, plenty of hot water on tap and nice and warm...just what you need after skiing. La Tania is perfect for kids with apres ski sledging and lots of activities organised by the Tourist office. They also do a great Vin Chaud!! :) Many thanks The Coker Agar Family

I am passionate about skiing. I love la Tania for its accessibility to the 3 Valleys ski area and for the cosy, community feel for the place. Its great for families - also a fantastic location in the summer. We love it!
