In case of arrival after the permitted time we can assist you with a self check-in procedure and we will come to meet you the following day to complete all the required procedures and provide you with the necessary assistance.
Upon arrival you will need to show a valid identity document to complete the registration of our guests at the authority portal.
You will also need to pay the tourist tax in cash which, for the municipality of Ercolano, amounts to âŹ2 per person per night for each adult.
You will be given a manual key and a magnetic card to access the property and your room. The card must both be used to access and inserted into the appropriate slot to activate the electricity.
Check out is possible until 11am at the latest.
