● Fantastic sea front location, overlooking the beautiful Walpole Bay, and within easy reach of the vibrant Cliftonville and Central Margate.

We’re thrilled to welcome you to our stylish, snug home in Margate, where you can wake up to breathtaking sea views and enjoy the serene beauty of Walpole Bay right from your window..
Situated on the Eastern Esplanade, the property is just a minute walk to the beach, and 10 minutes from the local high street containing a selection of shops and restaurants. Dreamland, and the historic Old Town can be reached in around 5 minutes by car.
The property contains a total of 1 master bedroom, 1 family bedroom with bunk bed, a living area with sofa, dining area, kitchen and 1 bathroom.
Apartment Layout:
Enter through the apartment door and into the spacious hallway. On the left is the modern kitchen, equipped with all the kitchen essentials you need such as a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge/freezer,
washing machine and more.
Further down the hallway you will find our stylish and cosy lounge, containing a dining table with seating, a comfy sofa, arm chair, rug, lamp, and a smart TV. The real star of the show is the floor-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the gorgeous greenery in front of the cliff leading down to the beach, with the sparkling sea in view.
Opposite the lounge, you will discover the main bedroom, containing a lavish 4-poster king sized bed for your ultimate comfort, as well as a vanity area with mirror, bedside tables with lamps, TV and wall mounted wardrobe space.
Past the main bedroom you will find another cosy family-style bedroom containing a large bunk bed with a double and single bed, lamp, wall mounted wardrobe space and TV.
You will have access to the entire property. I won’t be around but Pass The Keys will be managing the property on my behalf and will be available to contact 24/7 for any assistance you may need.
We provide complimentary tea, coffee, and essential toiletries for the initial days of your stay. Should you require more, it is only an 8 minute walk to the nearest supermarket.
The property does not have an allocated parking space, however free parking can be found directly outside the property or on nearby streets, subject to availability.
Guests have access to the whole property. The apartment is accessed through a shared apartment building.
● Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £65 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule.
● Parties and smoking will not be tolerated- an extra fee of £250 will apply should any house rules be broken.
● My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.’
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
