Casa Felicita is a charming vacation home located near Malinska on the island of Krk. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in this traditional Mediterranean style house, just a few minutes drive from the sea and many beautiful beaches. This vacation home has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 5 guests, ideal for a family vacation or a group of friends.

The ground floor of this house has an open plan area with a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room has a sofa and TV and receives plenty of natural light during the day from several windows. The kitchen is fully equipped with all standard kitchen appliances as well as small appliances such as a water heater, toaster and filter coffee maker.

Casa Felicita has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 2 separate toilets. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and have a double bed and a wardrobe, while one of them also has a crib. The bathroom has a shower, toiletries and a hairdryer. You can also use the washing machine during your stay.

The house is situated on a shared plot of approximately 800 m² and has two private terraces for your exclusive use - one in front and one behind the house. There is also a shared covered terrace with a built-in stone barbecue, but you also have your own barbecue if you want to show off your culinary skills. In the fenced garden, full of greenery, you will find 4 loungers, so you can enjoy privacy and relax without worrying about interruptions. The house also has private parking and a garage for 1 car.

During your stay in this house you will be close to the beautiful Malinska Bay, where numerous sandy and pebble beaches await you, and for additional peace and privacy you can choose one of the hidden coves. For nature lovers, there is also the possibility of walking through the 2500 m² olive grove with the possibility of buying homemade olive oil or visiting a rural farm with sheep and donkeys. Two pairs of Nordic walking sticks are at your disposal to enjoy the walks on the paths near the house.
