This luxury 2 bed apartment is located on a small new build estate in Chester city centre. There is a lovely green / park area to the front of the property and private off street parking to the rear. To enter the building you will need a code, this will be supplied prior to your arrival. Once in, follow the wide staircase to the top (second floor) where you will find the apartment door on the left. In side you will first be greeted with the all important WiFi code, welcome pack and a little treat from us. Off the spacious hall to the right is the large bathroom where you can soak the evening away in the bath tub. Across from the bathroom are the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super comfy double bed, fitted wardrobes and en suit bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has a lovely single bed with a desk for any office work you may need to do. Both bedrooms have bedside lamps and lots of sockets / charging points! Last but not least is the large living area and kitchen. The living room has an extra large sofa and 50" smart TV where you can curl up with a good book or get cosy and watch your favourite movie. There are plenty of sockets and charge points at each end of the sofa! There is a large dining table in the living room which is very convenient for the kitchen. This is fully equipped with everything you may need including dish washer and washing machine. There are dish washer and washing machine tablets under the sink and we always make sure there is plenty of tea, coffee and fresh milk in the fridge for you.
