My sister and I came in from Houston area to visit our Mom who lives in Winnsboro. We stayed here for the weekend and it couldn’t have been cuter! Beautiful views of the lake and quiet, quaint surroundings in the trees. The home has everything you need and is a comfortable stay. Mary was excellent as communication. Easy check in and check out. Will definitely come back to stay.

Wonderful week of rest!

This home was extremely clean, well appointed, and was everything we needed for a restful and rejuvenating time away. The owner was extremely quick to respond to messages and made the check in/check out process easy. Would definitely recommend this home and this host!

A perfect retreat

Very nice place to just relax and unwind. We had a hunters moon over the lake and wow! So beautiful! Fishing was so good too! We will def be back soon! :)

Lake Weekend

We loved the location of the house! The owner was quick to respond when we had last minute questions which was very nice. The washer and dryer was an extra plus. One thing to keep in mind is there is limited storage. We had a great stay!!

Once found, it was a nice cabin, It was hard to determine the location arriving late. It was assumed that it was waterfront. The cabin was clean and comfortable.

Quite Oasis

This neighborhood was cozy and quite. We loved the cabin and will stay there again. The boat slip was a great plus in that we didn’t have to load and unload our boat. Great start to an amazing summer.

5 Moms with 18 kids....this was a perfect place to get away for a relaxing 3 nights. The house was exactly as advertised and our expectations were not let down. I would love to sneak away and stay here again.

Beautiful view! The windows made getting rained on worth it getting to see the storm through those big windows. Short walk down to the lake and docks to fish off of. Mary was super responsive with any questions I had!

Just what we needed

Sublime Woodland Retreat

We stayed for four nights with three of our adult children. This place just seems to hit the "unwind" button on one's body and mind. This home has the most beautiful view of the lake, and the woods are so peaceful. It's also great to be able to just walk down to the lake. Mary is a very gracious hostess. Wish we had our own watercraft to bring, because there are no nearby rentals.
