Carolina Park is a classic condominium located in the Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas of Marbella. This apartment is carefully decorated to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay. It accommodates up to 4 guests.
> Living & Dining Area: A round table with 4 chairs to enjoy meals together, a sofa-bed for 2 guests, and a TV with local channels.
> Kitchen: Space connected to the living and dining area. It is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine (Dolce Gusto), Italian-style coffee maker, kettle, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, and all the necessary dishes to enjoy a great meal.
> Bedroom: The bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment by a partition that provides privacy. It features a comfortable double bed and ample storage space. You can access the balcony from here.
> Balcony: Offers sea and mountain views. It is equipped with a table and outdoor chairs for a relaxing moment.
> Bathroom: Features a spacious shower enclosed with a floor-to-ceiling glass screen, a toilet, and a sink with a backlit mirror. You also have access to a washing machine, split air conditioning (hot/cold), an iron, and a hairdryer.
WiFi service is available during your stay.

- Community parking within the complex (spaces are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If no parking is available inside, you can park on the street for free).
- Swimming pool and green areas (open for some months of the year â we suggest checking availability before booking). Please note that due to the drought, pool opening dates may be affected.

The Golden Mile, one of the most luxurious residential areas of Marbella, is located west of the complex along the Mediterranean coast. Here you will find the best hotels in Marbella, restaurants, exclusive stores, and probably the most beautiful promenade on the Costa del Sol. Luxury tourism in Marbella began on the Golden Mile when Prince Alfonso von Hohenlohe opened the Marbella Club Hotel in 1954. A long list of celebrities and royalty began to visit Marbella.
*We will be waiting for you to hand over the keys. Check-in is available from 4 PM to 9 PM. After 9 PM, an additional charge of âŹ40 applies until 11 PM, and âŹ60 until midnight. For check-in outside this schedule, please contact us for availability and pricing. Kindly notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your estimated arrival time to ensure someone is there to welcome you. A delay of more than one hour from the scheduled arrival time will incur a âŹ25 surcharge.
* We do not accept teenage groups or underage guests without adult supervision. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.
*Bed linens and towels are included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests booked. Additional towels are available at an extra cost. We do not provide beach towels.
*Airport transfer available upon request â please inquire about availability and costs.
*The swimming pool is open only for certain months of the year (usually from May to October). Please confirm pool availability for your selected dates. Due to the drought, pool opening dates may be subject to change.
*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the apartment is excessively dirty, an extra charge of âŹ24.20 per hour will apply.
