The security deposit will be automatically refunded at the end of your stay, provided there are no damages or excessive cleaning required. Please note that the deposit is held securely by our third party payment system, Stripe and is not transferred to us directly.

It is important to adhere to the three strike rule regarding noise disturbances. We kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful environment for the comfort of all
guests.
