➞ Check in time is 15:00pm and check out time is 11:00am

➞ Please note that parties and loud music are not permitted in this property

➞ A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for any lost keys

➞ The property is located in the garden of number 16. Please respect the owners private spaces and only access the garden home and garden spaces.

➞ Please note that we require all our guests to provide names of all guests staying and lead guest ID prior to check in which will be requested through a secure link via the Airbnb messaging service. This is for security and insurance purposes only
