With a total area of 220 m² on a private plot of 400 m², the villa is situated in the enchanting area of Maroulas, in the Rethymno region. It offers unobstructed views of the endless blue of the Cretan Sea, creating an environment of complete peace and relaxation. With three spacious bedrooms, it can accommodate up to six guests, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
