Royal William Yard Apartments offer this exclusive two-bedroom loft apartment (sleeps 4) which is modern, very spacious and has stunning original features as well as views across the water to the Mayflower Marina and Mount Wise.
Relax and watch the boats pass right outside the window and immerse yourself in one of the best places to work, rest and play in the South West.
The apartment has a lovely spacious lounge and dining area with views over the water and a table that can comfortably seat four people.
There are two large sofas and a flat screen smart TV and there is modern artwork and furnishings.
The sleek white and stainless steel kitchen has been fully equipped and allows you to stock the fridge/freezer and cook your favorite meal while chatting to your fellow guests sitting at the breakfast bar.
The downstairs bedroom has a super-king sized bed, fitted wardrobes, water views and is full of character.
On this floor, there is also a clean modern tiled shower-room, with a toilet, basin, a walk-in shower and a lovely big mirror.
The mezzanine bedroom has a second super-king sized bed and en-suite and is in the stunning eaves of the building. The open-plan bedroom is spacious and also has a desk to set up your laptop for work.
All linen and towels are provided in this apartment. Free Wi-Fi is also included.
Pre-booked parking can be arranged from £12 per day via your guest app.
