Set in a prime position on the sea front, Princes Esplanade in Gurnard truly encapsulates the charm of this beautiful seaside town. It offers an expansive view of the Solent, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning sea views. Whether you're watching the yachts sailing by, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere, or witnessing the breath taking sunsets, this spacious house is a fantastic base to enjoy the maritime spirit of nearby Cowes.
Making the most of the sea views the property is set out as an ‘upside down house’ sleeping up to 5 adult guests (+3 children), with 2 adult bedrooms on the ground floor and another on an upper floor. With an additional kids bedroom on the ground floor with 5ft beds. this house is ideal for all the family.
With the beach right on your doorstep for bathing, this is the perfect coastal retreat. Take a leisurely stroll along The Esplanade, with Cowes town centre approximately 3.5 km away. Cowes is a yachting hub with rich maritime history, home to boutique shops, bars, and restaurants, making it a lively and welcoming place to visit. The town hosts world-famous events like the Round The Island Race and Cowes Week, ensuring there’s always something exciting happening, especially for sailing enthusiasts.

A further twin bedroom at the rear of the house leads to a garden room/office (with screen and good WIFI) and a sun-soaked decked area, creating a private suntrap sheltered from the breeze. Enjoy the views of the garden and the red squirrels running past while you catch up on some work.
There is also a large family shower room and toilet on the 1st floor.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PLEASE NOTE: a pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £250 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
Pets are not permitted.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost.
