Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor front line Harbour building, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants and all the cityÂŽs services. This totally renovated South-facing apartment has a private terrace with good sea and harbour views and sun almost all day.
It has been recently renovated, with new quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofa-bed, and doors to the furnished terrace, new modern open-plan kitchen with hob, microwave, toaster, and everything else you need to cook; bedroom with two single beds together and fitted wardrobe; and a fully tiled bathroom with luxury shower. Direct access to the promenade and from the terrace you can see the boats from the harbour. Surronding of beaches.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
