Nestled beside a nature reserve, The Hideaway is a delightful holiday retreat located within a small collection of purpose-built bungalows by the sea in an area of outstanding natural beauty on the outskirts of Seaview village.
This charming bungalow comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests and 1 dog, offering both relaxation and scenic views.
Guests can unwind on the twin decked areas to the front and rear of the property, perfect for soaking in the stunning surroundings. With ample indoor and outdoor space, The Hideaway is the ideal spot to enjoy quality time with loved ones in a peaceful, picturesque setting.
LOCATION
Seaview, a village rich in maritime heritage, hosts a popular annual regatta, showcasing its deep nautical charm. Originally an Edwardian resort designed to capture breath-taking panoramic sea views, Seaview offers a tranquil beach holiday experience.
The village is home to both sandy and rocky beaches, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and water activities. Seaview Beach and Seagrove Beach are ideal spots for water sports or simply unwinding by the sea. Additionally, nearby Puckpool and Appley beaches are beloved destinations for those seeking more sandy shores to explore.
ACCOMMODATION
Step into the bungalow through the large patio doors into the open-plan lounge, dining area, and kitchen.
The lounge has a tv and comfortable sofa which looks out of the glazed doors over the communal garden area.
The modern kitchen has an oven, microwave, kettle and fridge perfect for creating some culinary delights.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and the second bedroom twin beds.
A family shower room with handbasin and wc complete the accommodation.
OUTSIDE
The Hideaway benefits from two decked areas, one at the front and a larger, more private retreat at the rear.
Overlooking well-maintained communal grounds with stone-walled gardens and Solent views in the front, the rear unveils a spacious communal garden, mainly laid to lawn. Enjoy far reaching views of the neighbouring nature reserve and lake, creating a serene backdrop for your stay.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
PLEASE NOTE:
A pre-authorised, refundable, security deposit of £150 will be required before arrival at the property. No money will be taken unless any damage is reported at the property within 14 days of your departure.
There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car.
