The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, & spacious lounge features a plush sofa & sliding doors leading to a private balcony with serene river views. A 25-min walk along the river takes you to Hampton Court. Mid LETS

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this stylish, modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment. Complete with a parking space. The open-plan living area leads to a charming balcony with views of the Thames, and on clear nights, you can catch a glimpse of Hampton Court. Relax on the plush sofa and settle in for a cozy movie night. Mid Let perfection.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, fridge, freezer, and modern appliances, making it easy to prepare your favourite meals. The island seating for 2 is perfect for enjoying your meals or can double as a great workspace (free Wifi). As I still use my property. There are some cupboards locked with my belongings. Donât open. Manual in kitchen to operate equipment/ white goods
Bathroom
The apartment features a spacious family bathroom with a full-sized bathtub, an overhead shower, and a toilet. We provide complimentary toiletries and fresh towels for your convenience.
Bedroom
The spacious bedroom with plush carpet, boasts a king-size bed with a TV lift at the foot of the bed, a wardrobe with hangers, and a chest of drawers. In the summer, a fan is available upon request for added comfort. As I still use my property. There are some cupboards locked with my belongings. Donât open.

Parking
Enjoy the convenience of free dedicated parking, plus additional street parking outside the complex.
Additional : There is a parking space that requires a fob. If that is full you can park on the street/s near to the complex. Make sure to read the road signs for free parking / parking restrictions.

For your convenience, we offer linen changes and mid-stay cleaning for an additional fee. Simply let us know after booking! I still use my property so there are cupboards locked.
Mid to Long Stays Welcome
We welcome long stays â just reach out to inquire!
Enter the complex from the street and use the lift to the desired floor.
You will have full use the apartment. We have wonderful neighbours with young children, so please respect the quiet area and keep noise down to a minimum. It is a no smoking / vaping area. No hanging about in foyer.
River Thames is under a mile along the riverbank from Hampton Court Palace and train station (Waterloo). There is extensive parkland and there are towpath walks behind the home.
It has good road links to the M3, M25, A3, Kingston upon Thames, Wimbledon, Kew Gardens, and central London.
East Molesey Cricket Club and Molesey Boat Club are a few minutesâ walk away.
The 111 bus goes from Hampton Court to Heathrow. For Gatwick, get the train to Clapham Junction and change there.
The nearest train station is Hampton Court.
There is a Tesco a minutes walk away . There are many restaurants in nearby Bridge Road and Walton Road.
Please respect your neighbours. NO PARTIES or you will be removed from the premises immediately by security. This is a strict policy of ours and you will not be due a refund. Any damages will be charged including lost keys ÂŁ100 as special fobs and keys.
You will be charged for the call out to open if you loose the keys ÂŁ150 or complaints from neighbours. No Dogs or Pets due to allergies.
In the manual you will find the Fire Risk please read and make yourself familiar with it. They are the rules for the building from the building maintenance company. WE have provided Fire Extinguisher and Fire Blanket for you safety in the kitchen.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
