On the shores of the well-known BĂșnker beach in Atlanterra, Villa El Peñón is hidden behind a prominent rock in the sand and looks integrated on the first line with infinite views of the Strait of Gibraltar.
A beautiful villa renovated in 2018 with 5 bedrooms and capacity for 10 people.
Its main features, in addition to its 2000m plot, include pleasant and cosy common areas, an impressive swimming pool, outdoor kitchen, spacious garden, direct beach access and views from virtually every room.
The property is distributed across 2 floors and, moreover, two of its rooms are located in high and private towers for the tranquillity of its guests.
The topography of the terrain means that the dwelling is terraced. On the main floor we find the kitchen - fully equipped -, a toilet and a spacious dining area that leads to a living room with a fireplace and, at the back of the room, a living room with TV. From the dining room we can access an impressive terrace with an area to eat while enjoying the back and forth of the waves in the background.
From the entrance of the house, we go up to tower 1, where the first double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located; and from the living room, we access the second double bedroom in tower 2, also with an en-suite bathroom.
As you descend the stairs to the ground floor, the first thing that will catch our attention on the right is a door leading to the exterior area of the property, which encompasses the gardens and swimming pool, among other elements.
Continuing down the corridor to the left, the dwelling unfolds, revealing the other rooms. The third room located on the right side of the corridor has two single beds and a private bathroom with a shower. The fourth room at the end of the corridor has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Additionally, this room provides direct access to the pool area.
To reach the fifth and final room, simply follow the corridor to the left, where we find the door that gives access to a tranquil central courtyard of the property, with a white tone. Here is the last room, equipped with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. This courtyard is filled with vegetation with an area to sit and enjoy with the family outdoors. From here we set off towards the pool area, first enjoying the Balinese beds in the villa's chill-out area, followed by the living area with outdoor furniture.
The best thing about the pool, besides its comfortable sun loungers, the spacious garden for the little ones to play or direct access to the beach, is undoubtedly the outdoor kitchen. This space has been designed to make the most of family time outdoors. A fully equipped kitchen with a gas barbecue, refrigerator, dishwasher, dining area...
The architecture of the property, as well as its modern yet rustic decoration, give a special touch to the villa, providing warmth and familiarity so that you feel at home while enjoying your beach holiday.

The rental price includes 3 hours of cleaning/per day, five days a week. For any additional service, please consult us.
