Super 1-bedroom apartment on the 5th floor of Block C in Edificio Skol, in the centre of Marbella surrounded by bars, restaurants and all the city´s services. This renovated East-facing apartment has a private terrace with good sea and beach views and sun in the morning.
It has been recently renovated, with new quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Accommodation comprises: living/dining room with flat-screen TV, a relaxing sofa-bed for 2 people, and doors to the furnished terrace, new modern open-plan kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, toaster, and everything else you need to cook; bedroom with two single beds together and fitted wardrobe; and a fully tiled bathroom with shower. There are some UK and other foreign language TV channels available through the community aerial system.

🏊 Among the Skol’s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.

The final cleaning of the apartment is included as long as the apartment is left tidy, without dirty dishes or utensils, and the rubbish is taken out to the street container. You do not need to wash towels or sheets; we do this in our own laundry.
