Among the six rooms, one features a private kitchenette and bathroom, perfect for added privacy and convenience. The villa includes five modern bathrooms, thoughtfully designed for comfort and ease.

Other Things to Note:
All Israeli citizens and holders of any other permit will be charged VAT at 18% (VAT rate may be changed without prior notice). Tourists (holders of diplomatic passport or foreign passport and a 3 month tourist visa - B2/3/4), are exempt from paying VAT on accommodations.

If applicable, the VAT will be collected separately by the Home Management Company after the booking.
