Welcome to your cozy, fully furnished holiday home or remote work retreat, located in the peaceful and beautiful Las Palmeras residential area in Sitio de Calahonda. This lovely home combines modern comfort with natural tranquility â the perfect place to relax and work, far from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
The apartment offers spacious and bright surroundings (over 80 m2), creating a cozy and warm atmosphere.
Located in Mijas Costa, in a gated and secure area, this home is part of a peaceful residential community, where tropical gardens and stunning views enchant every day. Guests have access to several swimming pools and walking trails, with breathtaking views of lush valleys and the Mediterranean Sea.
In the open-plan kitchen, preparing meals is easy, and the modern amenities make everyday life effortless. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with double beds, and the bathroom features double sinks and a bathtub with a shower â the perfect setting for relaxation. The large terrace invites you to enjoy breakfast outdoors, beautiful sunsets, and sea views. And if your party grows, an additional pull-out bed can be added to the living room, comfortably accommodating up to five people.
The nearest restaurants and shops are just a few minutes away, and the lovely beach of Calahonda, along with other stunning coastal areas, is only a short drive away. A fantastic 8 km wooden walking path takes you either to Marbellaâs CoCo Beach or La Cala, and Malaga Airport is just under a 30-minute drive away.
For easy transportation, we recommend renting a car, and you can park directly in your apartmentâs private parking space. Upon arriving at the Las Palmeras complex gate, a friendly contact person, fluent in both English and Spanish, will meet you and guide you to your destination â and explain how the home is ready and waiting for you.
