The house includes a master king-size bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the first floor, along with three additional king-size doubles and a twin bedroom on the lower ground floor. All double rooms are en-suite, providing a luxurious and comfortable stay. The games room, featuring pull-out beds, is perfect for children who want to stay together.
The open-plan living area is ideal for entertaining, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining space, and a cozy sitting area with an open fire. French doors open onto a patio terrace with stunning estuary views. For cozy nights in, enjoy the open fire or gather around the 50â Smart TV with Sky Sports and BT Sport. The games room with a snooker table and pull-out beds offers additional entertainment options.
Penarvon House is equipped with modern conveniences, including underfloor heating, a double oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher. Wi-Fi is available, along with a collection of books, games, and DVDs for leisure.
