Recently renovated apartment with style and carefully curated décor. Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator and private parking, in a central and well-connected area. Please note that there is a small flight of stairs to access the elevator.
The main living space is open-plan, integrating the kitchen, dining area, and living room, designed to make the most of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a functional layout. From the living room, a hallway leads to the sleeping area. On the left, there is a full bathroom with a modern walk-in shower. At the end of the hallway, on the right, there is an exterior-facing bedroom with a double bed (160x190 cm). Opposite, on the left, is the second bedroom, also with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
The parking space measures 2m in height, 4.20m in length, and 2.50m in width (excluding a 20 cm post).
The location is ideal for enjoying Fuengirola, with the marina just 400 meters away and the beach within walking distance. The surrounding area offers a wide range of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options, as well as excellent transport connections.
