Ideally situated in Karavados, the villa is just a 2-minute drive from the beautiful Saint Thomas Beach, where guests can enjoy crystal-clear waters and soft sands. Within 5 minutes, you can reach supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and traditional tavernas, making it easy to experience authentic Kefalonian flavors and culture. Its central location provides easy access to Argostoli and other must-see attractions, making it an excellent base for exploring the island.

Spanning three levels, the villa is thoughtfully designed to offer spacious and comfortable living. The main level (ground floor) features a large and inviting living room, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, a dining area, and two beautifully appointed bedrooms.
