Lovely studio with beautiful garden
You can relax in a place surrounded by plants, at a close distance (5-10 minutes by feet) from the centre of Kavala. You can also enjoy your cofee or meal on the nice and cosy porch of a garden with aview of the sea. Do not think about parking your car because you have an individual closed garage.The garage is 4.80 meters long and the garage door is 2.75 meters wide and 1.76 meters high.
The space
We designed a place 140 sq.m., with a 40 sq.m. independent apartment especially for you. with an independent entrance, which consists of a single room, which has a double bed 1,50 Χ 2,00 and a sofa-bed measuring 1.40 x 2.00 m., a kitchen fully equipped for preparing meals, a bathroom and a cloakroom.
The terrace and the garden are for your exclusive use.
Due to the recent pandemic, cleaning is done meticulously with chlorine and with the use of a steam cleaner which disinfects the area from bacteria and viruses.
The apartment and the surrounding area is independent from the functions of the rest of the house and you do not come into contact with the host (it has its own entrance from another street)
An individual closed garage is also available, perhaps one of the few houses that offer this. All the space you see in the photos is exclusively for guests.
