Villa Stracca - Salento Reservation

Villa Stracca - Salento Reservation is a wonderful semi-detached villa that has been newly renovated to guarantee a completely relaxing stay without sacrificing any comfort. Its strategic location allows easy access to all the most renowned destinations in Salento, and it can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people. Located in Capilungo, it is just 1 km from the sea, characterized by a low cliff with easy access, where swimming is widely practiced. It is also a short distance from the white beaches of Torre San Giovanni and equidistant from the paradisiacal beaches of Gallipoli.
The villa consists of two adjacent units, ideal for two families who want to spend their vacation together but also have some separation of spaces, or for a group of friends:
First unit:


A spacious entrance/living room with a relaxation area featuring two double sofa beds and a beautiful fireplace;


A large air-conditioned living room with a dining table and chairs, serving the trullo;


A hallway with air conditioning, serving the rooms;


A double bedroom;


A twin bedroom with a bunk bed;


A relaxation area with small sofas in the trullo;


A complete bathroom with a shower box;


A covered, equipped veranda with garden furniture and a gas barbecue;


A solarium terrace equipped with couches and loungers;


Two very convenient outdoor showers.


Second unit:


An air-conditioned living room, equipped with a dining table and chairs, TV, a double sofa bed, and a kitchenette;


Two double bedrooms;


A bathroom with a shower box;


An external bathroom with a shower box, sink, and toilet;


A large covered veranda equipped with garden furniture.


Inside Villa Stracca, nothing is left to chance, and everything is carefully curated down to the smallest details. It also has every comfort, including air conditioning, a washing machine, a parking space, and a video surveillance system. Since the villa is completely enclosed, it offers the advantage of being able to host our four-legged friends in complete safety, with vast outdoor spaces available.
From the property, it will be easy to reach the sea and the equipped beaches of Gallipoli (just a few minutes by car).
P.S.: The cleaning cost includes the bed and bath linen set, breakfast supply for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking, and check-in/check-out.


A travel cot is available for an additional fee of €35.00;


Small four-legged friends are welcome for a small additional fee of €35.00;

For check-ins and check-outs outside the indicated time frame, upon customer request and prior acceptance, an additional fee will apply:


For check-ins after 8:30 PM and up to 10:00 PM, an extra fee of €30.00;


For check-ins from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM, an extra fee of €50.00;


For check-ins from midnight to 7:00 AM, an extra fee of €100.00.


For early check-outs, upon customer request and prior acceptance, from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM, an extra fee of €30.00 applies. . City Tax: € 1,00 per person per night to pay at check-in starting from 1 nights for a maximum of 7 nights
