Villetta Tilde N°2 - Salento Reservation is part of a beautiful semi-detached house located just 200 meters from the sea, which features a low rocky coastline that is easily accessible, ideal for swimming and widely frequented by bathers. The property guarantees a relaxing stay without sacrificing any comfort, strategically located for easy access to all the most sought-after destinations in Salento and its most renowned beaches. Situated in the marina of Torre Suda, a fraction of Racale, the property is accessed via a private road that ensures privacy and offers a free parking space on-site.
The house is composed of a spacious dining area with a kitchenette, fireplace, and TV, a double bedroom with air conditioning, a second double bedroom with air conditioning, a full bathroom with shower enclosure, and two large covered outdoor verandas, each with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, located at the front and rear of the house. From these verandas, guests can enjoy fantastic outdoor meals. Additionally, the property features a lovely home garden where guests can pick and enjoy delicious seasonal fruits that the land offers. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, fans, an outdoor shower at the rear, a washing machine, and air conditioning.
Torre Suda is a charming tourist location just 12 km from Gallipoli, perfect for those seeking a relaxing vacation without compromising on services. The area center is easily reachable on foot and is characterized by the presence of a beautiful Coastal Garden, where concerts, festivals, and various events are organized. The peaceful "Corso Vittoria" seafront promenade is ideal for jogging or taking long, relaxing walks. The entire marina is also crossed by a bike path for those who don’t want to give up city habits.

The cleaning fee includes bed and bath linens, breakfast supplies for the first three days, utility costs, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and check-in/check-out services.
