Summary:
We are proud to present this lovely townhouse that boasts 3 bedrooms,2 bathrooms and sleeps 4 people Located in Los Balcones, you have the best of both worlds with Torrevieja on one side and Orihuela Costa on the other, both with an abundance of beaches, golf courses and other activities to appeal to everyone. The property overlooks the gated communal pool area. In compliance with Real Decreto 9/2024 for Midterm rentals.
The Space:
You enter the property into the main living area where there is a cozy sofa, coffee table, 4-person dining table, and a sideboard where the television is located. Behind there is the kitchen is modern with; a fridge freezer, oven, and all other white goods needed for a comfortable stay. The living room also has air conditioning. The gally-style kitchen and a toilet are also on the ground floor.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, wardrobes, and bedside cabinets, as well as access on to the solarium This bedroom has air-conditioning. Upstairs you also have the family bathroom that has a shower cubical, toilet, sink, bidet, mirror and cabinet for storage.
The second bedroom has cojoined single beds making it a super king bed, and bedside cabinets.
The third bedroom has twin single beds.
Outside the property, there is a balcony and private terrace that overlooks the communal swimming pool. Here you will also find an outside dining table and chairs perfect for meals al fresco.
The communal pool area is gated and just outside the property, with artificially grassed surroundings, perfect for relaxing in the sun.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, and there is a selection of commercial centers, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants, providing amble choice with many cuisines available. Within a short distance from the property, you have a Mercadona Supermarket as well as Dialprix.
Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The promenade comes to life at night with a market selling various items, including leather goods and clothing. Just behind the market is the nightly fun fair which is open during the summer months.
The nearest beaches are within a 5-minute drive; they are pleasant sandy beaches with beach bars during the summer months. The property is ideally located to reach several other beaches La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras, slightly further afield is the famous La Manga strip.
Days Out
Go-Carting along the N332 is a 5 minute drive, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) which opens June till September, there is also a smaller water park located approx 20 minutes away in Cuidad Quesada.
Golf
Within a short drive from the property you have 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.
Shopping
Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is located 5 minutes drive away fro La Cinuelica. It is one of Europes largest shopping malls with 100’s of shops, restaurants, bars and bowling alley.
Habaneras shopping centre located in Torrevieja just a 10 minute drive away, it’s a 3 story open air shopping centre and is home to clothing / sport shops (Inc Zara & H&M), perfumeries, Game, hardware shops and many more. Ample parking is provided. The Ozone entertain complex is just across the road, with a casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants.
Getting Around:
We recommend a car to make the most of your stay here in the Costa Blanca. The property is close to both the N332 and the AP7 so getting to and from both Murcia and Alicante Airports. Torrevieja Hospital is also just a 5 minute walk away.
