The most amazing characteristic of this holiday home is its stunning views! Bottom windows framing panoramic, ocean views, in a very peaceful and beautiful zone, with an extraordinary solar disposition! With incredible sea views and nature, a pool, and extremely spacious and modern exterior space to fully appreciate the breathtaking views, relax and enjoy meals!
This lovely villa has a great BBQ area and the location is the best of both worlds! Perfect for big families, couples with kids, or groups of friends, up to 10 people!
The moment that you step into the house you'll be greeted by a large window with uninterrupted, panoramic views of the Atlantic. The modern design is in all rooms, and the kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with doors leading onto the pool and terrace.
The spacious living and dining room has access to a balcony where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking views and a fireplace, suitable for chilly evenings! The master bedroom also has access to the balcony and a great closet, the other 2 bedrooms have plenty of storage and a bathroom in between.
Downstairs leads to a game room with a ping-pong table, a bathroom, laundry, and a modern and spacious kitchen leading to the covered pool, where you can also enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a BBQ with the family or with friends!
This villa is really the perfect getaway, near several beaches and in a completely peaceful location!
The Municipal Tourist Tax has a unit value of âŹ2.20 in the high season and âŹ1.10 in the low season.
High Season: May 1st to October 31st
Low Season: November 1st to April 30th.
Tax is applied per night and per guest from 13 years old, to a limit of 7 nights.
Experiences like surf lessons, yoga at home, and horse riding. Services such as transfer, and rent-a-car, among other suggestions available to our guests.
