The Space:
Hilltop House offers exceptional access and a wealth of features designed for comfort and relaxation. There is parking for up to three cars on the driveway, and the property is accessed via a small ramp from the parking area. The main living spaces are located upstairs at entrance level, while all three beautifully furnished bedrooms are on the lower floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The rooftop terrace is accessed via external stairs at the side of the house, providing a stunning outdoor space.

Inside, the spacious living area features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with all the latest appliances, including a wine cooling fridge and coffee machine. A large stand-alone fridge/freezer, cookware, and a small welcome hamper with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are also provided. For socializing in the kitchen, there's an island with bar stool seating. Beyond the kitchen, a sociable lounge area with two large sofas offers a comfortable place to relax, complemented by a wall-mounted TV. The dining table sits next to large glass windows that open fully to create an indoor-outdoor flow, with access to a small wraparound balcony on this level.

Across the hall, a second beautifully decorated living room invites you to unwind with board games, puzzles, or a good book. This room also includes a dedicated workspace with a full-size desk and chair.

The lower floor houses the three spacious king-size bedrooms, each offering a restful night’s sleep and a private ensuite bathroom. Two ensuites feature walk-in showers, while one has a shower over a bath. Shower gels and basic toiletries are provided. There’s also a convenient ground-floor toilet with a hand basin just off the main entrance hall.

Outside, the property boasts a unique and impressive outdoor space. The terrace is surrounded by beautifully planted pots and low-level walls on each side, creating a serene environment. A green shed on the terrace has been creatively transformed into a changing area, complete with clothes hooks and a mirror.
