This two double-bedroom flat is on the second floor of a traditional tenement building with high ceilings and large windows, flooding the flat with light. Just 15/20 mins walk from Waverly train station, 25/30 mins walk from the Royal Mile, and 20 mins walk to Leith shore, it's the perfect base.
Excellent transport links, all amenities right on the doorstep and award-winning bars, restaurants and cafes within walking distance in the recently voted "4th coolest neighbourhood in the world".
The flat is tastefully decorated and includes original features which adds to its charm. These include corniced ceilings, stained glass and working shutters in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dining table should you want to stay in for the evening. The south-facing bedrooms and living room means open the curtains and they are flooded with light, making them the perfect place to relax if you decide to have a quiet day.
The flat is situated on edge of Leith making it perfect location for accessing the city centre on one side and Leith on the other. Leith was also recently named the "4th coolest neighbourhood in the world". There are lots of great cafes, restaurants and coffee shops with walking distance of the flat as well as supermarkets, greengrocers and some excellent bakeries.
There is a bus stop to take you into the city centre just 2 minutes walk from the flat. There is a tram stop to take you into the city centre (and to/from the airport) just a few minutes walk from the flat. The flat is also within easy walking distance of Waverley train station and the bus station (both around 20 mins walk).
Please note there is no parking space with the flat and no free on-street parking available.
Guests will have access to the whole property.
