Formella och avslappnade matplatser, inifrån och ut, för underhållande. Det stora sovrummet ligger på 1: a våningen, vackert Master Bath med underbar duschkabin, badkar och dubbla fåfängar. Ytterligare två sovrum och poolbad finns på 1: a våningen. På övervåningen väntar dig ... 3 fler gästrum och 2 bad för att hålla alla våra gäster bekväma. Utanför kan du njuta av en rymlig Lanai med utsikt över den vackra uppvärmda poolen & spa! Båtarna kommer att njuta av den fantastiska båtåtkomst, inga broar eller lås! Comfortable place

Easy entry and exit. Great location to boat from. The dock was a great place to enjoy the boat traffic. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp. Comfortable couches, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Really enjoyed our stay.

Ah-mazing!

This home was everything we could have asked for and more. The location was ideal and centrally located to restaurants and grocery stores. Being on a major canal was a benefit to watching the boats go by and next time we will probably rent our own boat. The house itself was beautiful, every bedroom was well thought out. The pool & spa were perfect for for play & relaxing. Jill was great to communicate with on the minor questions that we had. AAA Highly recommend

Absolutely Beautiful Home

This home was just as advertised. Beautiful home, well stocked, clean and absolutely amazing. The check-in process was easy and the property manager, Jill, was awesome. The pool, spa and the view of the waterway were the best parts of our stay. The Cape Coral area was nice and the area restaurants were fantastic. Will definitely be booking another stay.

Great Place!

Beautiful house and property in a quiet neighborhood. WiFi had some periodic issues as did the hot tub. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Very rainy. But very Relaxing

The first two days of our stay was beautiful sunny weather. Then the rest of the week a tropical storm came through. Even through that, the house was designed for relaxing. We even sat by the pool during the rain and stayed dry. . Restaurants in the area excellent.

Very nice accommodations.

Reserved this property for week long golf trip. It was exceptionally clean and spacious. It’s our 5 th year doing this and this was the best property we’ve rented. The location is convenient to dining and the water. The host Jill was super nice and responsive. Definitely will be number one choice next year.

Family Vacation

We had a great week-stay in this beautiful home! The house was perfect for 11 people, so spacious! The kids had a great time swimming in the pool/hot tub and fishing from the dock! We were even able to see a manatee and a couple dolphins right from the dock! The location was great, not far from some fantastic restaurants and bars—super peaceful at night! 10/10 recommend!

Better than expected!

We really enjoyed this beautiful home and the great location! Jill was very responsive. They've thought of everything here! We had a coolers, beach chairs, towels and pool toys to make our stay very enjoyable. The instructions were very detailed and we had no issues at all. The pool was the perfect temperature to enjoy it all times of the day. We would absolutely stay at this house again!

Great house for a family vacation!

The house was perfect for our family vacation with plenty of room for us to spread out. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, all well laid out so everyone had the space they needed. We loved the pool and hot tub and the sunsets on the lanai every night were beautiful. The manager, Jill, was very helpful and checked in several times over the course of the week.

Family Fun!!!!!

We had an amazing vacation in this beautiful home. The lanai and pool were great. Even when at the beach everyone could not wait to get back to relax in and around the pool. We did get to see some Dolphins in the canal and did a a lot of boat watching. This is a beautiful house and pool and highly recommend it for a fun and relaxing vacation.

What a great place for us to spend spring break with twelve family members. House was just right, the pool was wonderfull for the children, the fishing off the dock was a great surprise, and we all see manatees and dolphins! I would highly recommend this property. It felt like Disney in Cape Coral!!

Awesome home with great amenities!

As advertised, great location to get out to water, home has it all, very well equipped and owner has a lot of extras for guests to enjoy! Loved the pool and dock and patio, we lived outside!! Only hiccup was hot tub remote yet Jill was on it and pool guy fixed, home is very comfortable for many guest, can’t wait to come back!!

Excellent experience!!

This home in Cape Coral definitely exceeded our expectations. The home was beautiful and the hot tub and pool were absolutely perfect. Our kids had a blast swimming day and night and the adults really enjoyed the hot tub. We rented a boat and went out on day trips to Sanibel and North Captivate. The best meals we had were cooking and grilling at the house. We will definitely be returning!

Yearly Family getaway in Cape Coral

Beautiful upgraded home with waterway access. This is our third year renting in Cape Coral and where extremely pleased with the home. We where a group of eight and the home was very accommodating for the group, pool was large and terrace very comfortable. Definitely recommend this property. House was perfect for the two families!

Perfect for the 10 of us. One thing that would help is a handrail to get in and out of hot tub as well as the steps to the dock. I had back surgery 5 years ago have permanent nerve damage so need something to hold on to for steps etc.
