CaÂŽn Pascol with a private pool is situated below the impressive Tramuntana mountain range in Pollenca, a very peaceful and rural area that would suit nature lovers or those who just want to take a break from the pressures or the hustle and bustle of daily routines. This countryside house dates back 250 years and has recently been refurbished by the owners who have retained so many original features, artefacts and stone walls to create a natural, rustic ambience with character and charm, whilst the addition of modern amenities provide a comfortable home for a relaxing holiday. The entrance to the villa is from the front terrace through double studded wooden doors which lead into a spacious living room with an exposed stone wall, beamed ceilings, terracotta floor tiles and a fireplace, it is comfortably furnished and satellite TV and Wi-Fi are provided. An inner archway separates the dining area which has access to the rear terrace and a hallway leads to the garage and a small shower room. The kitchen is spacious, modern and fully equipped with appliances and a breakfast table. The upper floor is reached via a staircase from the lounge where there are 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and one twin that share the use of a family bathroom. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and windows with spectacular views of the mountains. Outside, the property is surrounded by mature gardens and nature with a private swimming pool built on the land's higher elevation. This is accessed via a few steps and is a very unique feature as the pool is filled/replenished from a natural source, spring water from the mountains. There are sun loungers and various terraces to relax, barbecue meals and dine al fresco in total privacy whilst you enjoy the fantastic views over the mountains and woods. CaÂŽn Pascol offers its guests a rustic retreat in a picturesque setting whilst its location, 15 minutes drive to Old Town Pollenca and 20/30 minutes to beaches still provide a good option should you choose to visit the busier resorts.
