Stone House Obrš is located in the village of Mošćenička Draga, near Opatija. This stone holiday house is situated on a hillside in a quiet street with a view of the sea and the surrounding countryside. Thanks to its optimal location and amenities (indoor wellness!), this house will be an ideal place to relax. It has 4 bedrooms and is designed for 9 people. It also welcomes pets!

The interior of the house is 150 m² and is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor there is an open space consisting of a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In the kitchen you will find almost everything you need to prepare meals that can be enjoyed in the indoor or outdoor dining area. The entire house is clad in stone, which is an excellent heat insulator - keeping the house cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 2nd floor. All rooms have double beds and 1 has an extra bed for 1 person. The room on the ground floor has its own bathroom and access to a balcony.

The house has several outdoor relaxation areas. So let's start in order: 2 outdoor dining areas, a separate panoramic terrace with deck chairs - to enjoy the view, a tavern with barbecue and mini bar - ideal for socializing, and a separate room with a pool table. If that's not enough, there's also an indoor pool and sauna – available all year round!

Stone House Obrš is an oasis of peace and quiet, the ideal place to recharge your batteries. Nature is all around and the sea is not far away either - the beach in Mošćenička Draga is only a 10 minute drive away. And if you are a fan of active vacations, you will not be disappointed.
