Quiet get away

Perfect place to stay in town, close to all area attractions. Lots of space and very quiet/ safe area.Townhouse was very clean, we would recommend!

Very convenient and comfortable place

We went up for new year's to snowboard at Windham. The place was 5 minutes from the mountain and town, so really convenient. We're a family of 5, so it was roomy for us. The kids were excited about their room with bunk beds and we had our own space as well. It also allowed us to relax and have dinner at home after a day snowboarding. They have an entrance where you can keep all your gear, which is useful. And it was very reasonably priced.

Great Condo in Windham

My family and I had a wonderful time in Windham staying at this condo. It was clean, convenient to downtown and close to the mountain. Owner was very helpful with any questions/suggestions for our stay. Would definitely recommend this to friends.

Fabulous!

Absolutely perfect for our needs & wants. Condo was clean, safe and quiet. Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen is fully equipped Close to Windham ski area, short drive to Hunter and Bellearye. 2 mile drive to ‘town’ with restaurants and few shops (I recommend The Tap Room) No issues at all Will definitely book again!

Good location

The location was amazing for Windham mountain and little downtown area and not too far from Hunter. Unfortunately at the end of the trip, the owner questioned (accused) our group of taking items from the house, which we definitely did not. It left a bad feeling that he does not trust guests, leaving valuable items in his home and then accusing guests.

Fun weekend

We spent four days at the condo. It was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was very responsive leading up to our visit and answered our questions in a timely fashion. The only hiccup, and this was not the owner's fault, was the spotty wi-fi until you were in the unit. I would suggest writing down the lock box code and not depending on the internet for that. Having said that, I am not very computer savvy, but this was my experience. Also, The neighbor next door was very friendly and helpful.

cozy, clean, convenient to mountain and town but TV and WiFi issues

the condo was very cozy and clean. It is very close to Windham Mountain and town. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to sleep. We stayed for 2 nights and unfortunately it rained one of the days during our stay. Our family hoped to have a nice evening at home watching a movie/television but the TV in the living room didn't work. We were able to obtain picture on the TV, but no sound. Also, the property description states that WiFi is available. The condo association apparently provides this service, and we could connect to the WiFi but the signal wasn't stong anywhere in the condo. We couldn't stream any movies on our smart device(s) or listen to music, or podcasts or even check email. I would suggest packing board games or other activities if you are traveling with children. Also. the washer/dryer is not located in the condo...there is a communal laundry area in another building which we didn't end up using. The owner was very responsive though when we emailed him (from the ski lodge) but we had a difficult time with the kids on a rainy day without proper internet service

Love Nick's condo!!

This has been out go-to when visiting Windham or Hunter. It is very close to Windham! Nick is a very attentive and accessible landlord. My wife loves a clean house and this one never disappoints! You are in good hands staying here.

Great ski weekend

Great stay at this 2 BR townhouse that feels much bigger than it is. Easy parking right in front of the unit and 2 minute drive to Windham mountain.

Nice condo, near the mountain

The condo is right off Rt 23, which was plowed early when we stayed there during a snow. Very easy to get in & out. Short drive to Windham Mt & town. Owner was very nice.

Perfect location for a ski vacation

The condo was the perfect size and layout for my husband and I and 3 our adult children. The beds were super comfortable and we were able to get a good night’s sleep before a day of skiing. The owner was also very responsive to our questions. We can’t wait to return.
