My elegant, south facing apartment is always filled with light. It has been newly renovated and furnished to create a harmonious, tranquil space. Located in a listed Regency terrace opposite Hove Lawns and the sea and perfect for up to four guests. There are stunning views over Brunswick Square gardens down to the sea from both the sitting room and the bedroom.
Thereâs an open plan living/dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower over the bath.
It is an elegant apartment, over the second floor of a Regency building, located opposite the beach, next to the shops, restaurants and bars of central Hove and within walking distance of everything which Brighton has to offer. Brighton and Hove Stations, with direct trains to London and Gatwick airport are close by.
Coming in through the front door, brings you into a hallway leading to the living/dining room which has a comfortable sofa bed, two further sofas and a smart TV. Itâs a wonderful space to relax and unwind by looking out to sea.The large dining table with six chairs is the perfect space to enjoy a morning coffee and plan your day.
Thereâs a well equipped kitchen. Here you will have use of an electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Thereâs a delightful dining area with a table and two chairs looking onto the beautiful
The bright bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a large chest of drawers and gorgeous sea views, through the elegant windows with original wooden shutters.
The bathroom is a lovely room which consists of a bath with shower over, basin and WC.
We provide fresh white bedding and towels as well as miniature travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap.
We offer remote access with easy self check-in and 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance during your stay.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
Access is via a main front door from the street and is shared with the other apartments in the building. The apartment itself has its own front door, accessed from the entrance hallway.
Notes/extras:
EARLY CHECK- IN/ LATE CHECK- OUT
- We can arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, this would cost ÂŁ40 these will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, please inquire. Also, if guests check themselves in early or check out late then there is a charge of ÂŁ50 for this.
TRAVEL COT
- We can provide a travel cot if needed, we do not provide the mattress just the travel cot itself. Also, please note that these are first come, first serve, and may not be available, there is a ÂŁ30 charge for this. Our apologies but we do not provide high chairs.
PETS
- Please inquire with us as we may be able to accommodate your pet. However, please note, an extra pet cleaning fee of ÂŁ30 is charged and also guests who leave dog mess will be charged ÂŁ50. Any damages caused by your pet we will charge you for.
PARKING
- Guests can use permit holders spaces at night from 8pm-9am then guests can use; pay and display on street parking nearby or NCP car parks around Brighton and Hove. Best to check Parkopedia or the Brighton council parking web pages. Guests may also want to book a private car parking space for themselves instead. Lastly, some roads are permit holder only from 10:00am-11:00am and then again from 7pm-8pm. Please check road signs for confirmation of chargeable hours.
GUESTS LEFT ITEM BEHIND
- There is a charge of ÂŁ30 (plus postage and packaging) for any item left behind by the guest that they want posting or dropping off to them, or if they want to come back and collect.
Extra cleans or linens
- Additional linen and cleaning services can be arranged for an extra fee, especially for longer stays.
Anything else please just inquire and we will try and be as accommodating as possible!
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
