We manage a portfolio of properties available for the entire period of Cortina Olympics 2026, totalling 52 bedrooms and over 100 sleeps.

This is a luxury penthouse in amazing location. Literally few steps from Corso Italia and Ski Stations. Private car park in building garage.
The Space:
Beautifully decorated penthouse located just few steps from Cortina city centre, where you'll find all the most famous shops, bars and restaurants.
Faloria and Cristallo Ski stations at walking distance.
The flat measures around 2,100 sq/ft, and has been recently renovated to very high standards.
Wood-paneled walls, big living room with balcony and a window with a breathtaking view on the Dolomites.
Dedicated dining area with table that can sit up to 8 people.
One master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
One bedroom with 2 single beds, 2 large wardrobes, and private bathroom.
One bedroom with bunk beds.
Flat screen TV available and option to have Sky satellite channels.
Free Wi-Fi available.
Kitchen is very modern and fully equipped, featuring dishwasher, american-style fridge/freezer with ice-maker, and all the standard tools like toaster, kettle, coffee maker, ecc.
Very high quality plates and cutlery, as well as the linens and towels provided.
Laundry room with washer/dryer and ironing board.
Porter service 24/7, and optional cleaning service and sheets/towel change.
Private parking in the garage, plus additional parkings on the private outdoor space.
Please Note: To legally register the reservation, all guests will be required to provide ID verification as required by Italian law.
Please Note: The reservation will be subject to payment of Refundable Damage Deposit as shown during the payout process, and Cortina City Tax equal to €2.50 per person, per night for the first 5 nights.
