Refurbished 4-Bed Home Near Hospital & Station
Summary:
This fully refurbished four-bedroom house is just a 2-minute walk from Medway Hospital, 5 minutes from Gillingham Station, and 40 minutes from Central London. Perfect for work or leisure, it offers easy access to the coast as well. The home features two modern bathrooms, 40-inch Smart TVs in each bedroom, and is equipped for both short and long stays. Parking for two cars is included, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay.
The Space:
This a 4 double bed house with living room and dining room.
It has been fully remodelled including a new kitchen, two new bathrooms and completely redecorated and carpeted throughout.
The main note to mention is that the cellar bedroom has a low ceiling and would not be suitable to persons over 5ft 9inch.
Guest Access:
Guests will have sole use of the entire house.
Other Things to Note:
We do have a security alarm which is monitored by two cameras. These cameras are only used when the property is empty, please feel free to cover them but please remember to put them back as you leave.
We have two parking permits in the house for you to use, please ensure they are returned or we will need to charge for their replacement (ÂŁ170 each) and any additional costs incurred.
Interaction with Guests:
I do not live near the house so interaction will only be done over the phone. However, I do have people on hand to help should issues arise.
