The solution is located on the second floor of a condominium. There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine, microwave, electric oven, hair dryer and TV. Pets are allowed.

The spaces are well distributed in the single room. There is an open kitchen and dining room, 1 sofa bed for two people and 1 foldaway double bed. The balcony is equipped with the kitchenette and washing machine.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20Â per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 15 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
