Dessa lägenheter ligger på East Gunsight Drive i Fountain Hills. Jag kallar detta förhärlig hotellsvit med privat pool. Perfekt för snö fågeln eller ett par. Det har en fantastisk utsikt över bergen och även när fontänen går av i centrum av staden. Nya mattor, ny färg och en mycket mysig och modern känsla. Detta är en mycket trevlig privat lägenhet med en våning, så det finns inga vandringar upp och ner för trappor eller promenerade fötter ovanför. Nästa grannar i butiken gör inte mycket ljud, om någon, och alla är supervänliga.

Fullt möblerad. Alla bekvämligheter i hemmet, inklusive ett fullt utrustat kök samt ett trevligt urval av topplinnehanddukar, kuddar och sängkläder.

Dessa lägenheter är perfekta för den vintern komma undan, sommar reträtt eller affärsresor. Det finns 3 poolområden i detta lilla komplex och den närmaste poolen ligger bara några steg bort. Poolområdet har utomhusbord och stolar för din användning. Poolerna är ouppvärmda.

Centralt beläget inom två kvarter från den berömda Fountain Plaza. Shopping och restauranger bara några minuter bort. 4 km från Desert Canyon Golf Course med många andra banor i närheten. The Ft. McDowell Casino och Scottsdale är mindre än 10 minuter till god mat och underhållning. Mayo Clinc ligger också bara 10 minuters bilresa. Great Stay!

Good clean room very convenient to shops. Only issue was the mattress and bed frame. M attress felt like it had a dip in the middle and the frame squeaked everytime one changed positions.

Everything we needed and more

We were very impressed with this apartment. It was clean, well maintained and amazingly stocked with everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The appliances are new and the bed is very comfortable. Everything worked with ease and the host was available if we had any questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and well kept and parking was available both in an off street carport and on the street. We highly recommend this property.

Disappointed in condo

Condo needed major renovation. No toaster, no can opener, not enough silverware for adults, not enough washcloths. Carpeting quite dirty. Glad to have had a washer and dryer in condo, however washer emptied into the shower through an open pipe in wall! The pictures of the condo were vastly misleading.

Nice location but needs TLC

Size of unit was good and nice pool area. Carpets vacuumed but lots of stains. Providing a couple pods of coffee for first morning and more towels would be a nice and inexpensive gesture. Location is the best part of this place. Lovely walk around lake and restaurants nearby.

Simple, Beautiful, Quiet and Cozy

As the title says, this apartment is all that. A few things are a bit outdated but personally, I found this place derives a lot of its charm from that. Everything was clean and professional. The owner's responses were quick, cordial and informative. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal - whether simple or elaborate. A few staple condiments would have been a nice plus, but certainly the absence of them was not a big deal. I would totally stay there again!

The condo conditions were misrepresented.

The condo was described as new carpeting. The condition of the carpeting in living and bedroom area was filthy with stains. One of the tiles on the kitchen floor was loose and needed to be grouted. This unsettled tile was unsafe and annoying to move around in the kitchen. The living room blinds were difficult to operate. The kitchen was missing a can opener. I talked with Angelo about the can opener and he said he couldn’t be responsible for missing kitchen items. He knew about the tile in kitchen and it would get fixed later. Very disappointed with dealing with him, his place looks better in photos then in person. I was there 9 days and paid a lot of money for an neglected condo. Don’t recommend staying there.

A brief stay while our house was being remodled

It was a very convenient location, both to our home in a nearby community and to restaurants. It was the perfect size for the two of us but would have been a little tight if there had been two more. It was furnished with everything we needed for the length of our stay.

Stunning views-Back breaking bed

I gave rental a 4 star.The location and views are a 5+.The rental is furnished and decorated well .We are tech savvy and could not get the TV turned on let alone watch something. The directions on the refrigerator were no help. We stayed 7 days in aug.We were there. to search for a home to buy. We left early and we're running around all day.Being tired we would sit out on the deck look at the fountain .We like to relax and watch a little TV in the evening,being said we had to buy a TV. Carpet was very dirty ,blinds were falling down,some of the silverware was dirty and plates.The bed is horrible 😫! It sinks in the middle horribly! Our backs were sore everyday.

The Condo was so cute decorated just beautifully. Close to everything! The Fountain Hills fountain right out the sliding glass door! Beautiful views, very charming neighbors. So quiet and just lovely!! We will be back for sure.
